Fenno Law's specialized practice ranges from defamation and privacy litigation to copyright and trademark registration; from drafting software licenses and artist-label recording contracts to providing pre-publication legal review of news stories and books; and from assisting clients with website privacy compliance to negotiating e-commerce contracts.

The firm represents television stations, software developers, newspapers, website designers, record labels, multimedia companies, artists, authors, publishers, producers, models, fashion designers and many others in the media, technology and entertainment fields. Clients also include numerous “brick and mortar” businesses – ranging from medical practices to car washes — with website, e-commerce or intellectual property legal issues.
