Had a busy day today as an expert on social media law.
First, this morning I was one of four panelists at a Continuing Legal Education program at New York Law School on Social Media for Lawyers. (Not online, unfortunately.) I primarily spoke about the various legal issues stemming from blogging, including the litigation that has occurred.
Then, in the afternoon, I was one of two guests on a Lawyer2Lawyer podcast, speaking about the Federal Trade Commission rules on endorsements by bloggers. (Listen to it here.)
